When my mother was pregnant with my little sister, there wasn’t anything she could eat without immediately getting sick. We tried EVERYTHING. Cereal, fruit, pasta, pickles, you name it. One day, she had the random craving for radishes.. so we tried that. Turns out, it was the only food she could eat without getting sick. For an entire 6 months, if not more, my mother only ate radishes. I kid you not, even her skin started to take a redish hue. Radish stench starting seeping out of her pores. The entire house smelled like radishes. For months. Anyways, I am now traumatized and hate radishes 🙂
